Platform Service Agreement

This Platform Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date on which the user first accesses or starts using the on-demand service provided by Onestep Property Solutions, a federally incorporated company in Canada ("Provider"), and the users ("Users") of the Go Permit Advisor platform ("Platform") provided by Provider. By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Purpose of the Platform

1.1. Go Permit Advisor is a digital platform provided by Onestep Property Solutions that facilitates the connection between Users seeking guidance and advice on obtaining building permits and certified engineers and designers ("Advisors").

1.2. Provider acts as an intermediary to coordinate transactions between Users and Advisors. Provider ensures that all engineers and designers on the Platform are certified.

Independence of Advice

2.1. All advice and guidance provided by Advisors through the Platform are independent and based on the Advisor"s knowledge and understanding of the project requirements.

2.2. Users understand that the advice provided by Advisors is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee the issuance of building permits. Users are solely responsible for complying with all necessary city building permit approval processes.

Advisor"s Scope of Work

3.1. Advisors on the Platform offer guidance and advice to help Users expedite the building permit application process.

3.2. Users acknowledge that Advisor"s work does not replace or eliminate the requirement to submit applications and comply with the standard city building permit approval process.

User"s Project Disclosure

4.1. Users are required to provide a full and accurate description of their projects when seeking advice from Advisors.

4.2. In the event that undisclosed factors affect the building permit application or result in the project"s failure, Advisors shall not be held liable.

Limitation of Liability

5.1. Users understand and agree that Onestep Property Solutions and Advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or the advice provided by Advisors.

5.2. Users acknowledge that they use the Platform and the advice of Advisors at their own risk.

Confidentiality

6.1. Users agree to keep all information and advice received through the Platform confidential and shall not disclose it to third parties without the express consent of the Advisor.

Intellectual Property

7.1. The Platform, its content, and all intellectual property rights related thereto are and shall remain the property of Onestep Property Solutions.

7.2. Users agree not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works based on the Platform without the prior written consent of Onestep Property Solutions.

Termination

8.1. Onestep Property Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User"s access to the Platform at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Governing Law

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Onestep Property Solutions and Users concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
